The P.E.A.C.E. (Providing Education Against Conflicting Environments) Company was built from a deep understanding of how stress, trauma, and everyday emotional challenges shape the way people work, lead, and interact. Its foundation comes from real‑world experience—not theory. My years at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office in Houston, supporting victims of crime and families navigating grief and crisis, showed me firsthand how unaddressed emotions, communication breakdowns, and unresolved conflict ripple through workplaces and communities.
With more than 20 years of experience across education, criminal justice, and community support, I’ve watched how people’s emotional landscapes have changed—especially after COVID.
